Iron Valley Real Estate was founded by Central Pennsylvania Realtor Adam Gamble. Adam started his career in real estate in 2006 with a big box brokerage. In 2013 he recognized the need for a modern brokerage model in the Central PA Region. He set out to create a quality branded real estate company that would be competitive with national franchises, while eliminating franchise fees and give agents a higher commission split. Agents were more commonly working from home, coffee shops or their favorite café. The need for massive office buildings with multiple private office spaces for rent was dwindling. In the same token, agents still wanted a place to bring their clients to meet or settlement to take place. Acknowledging the changing brokerage structure nationwide, Adam decided to create a “hybrid” brokerage model that was recognizable, while still implementing the changes that will be relevant in the future. In doing so, he was able to utilize technology to streamline operations, and reduce operational costs and pass those savings on to his agents so they could be more completive in the marketplace.
2016, Iron Valley Real Estate is born, with its first office opening in a high visibility, retail location in Lebanon, PA. Within his first year, Adam grew his office to over 40 agents, prompting him to open his second location in Allentown, PA in February of 2017. He would open two more locations in 2017, Lancaster, PA (Millersville Rd.) in June and Harrisburg, PA (Linglestown Rd.) in September.
As of March of 2019, Iron Valley Real Estate has grown to 10 offices with over 300 agents with the addition of a second location in Lancaster on the Oregon Pike, and offices in Camp Hill, Halifax, York, Hershey, and Reading PA.
