Jim is a native Floridian, Veteran, and Realtor in Georgia and Florida. He's been very lucky to have lived on the beautiful Amelia Island at the Florida/Georgia border for 40 glorious years. He's had a few careers in his life but found his passion in real estate. His motto is "Do what you love. Love what you do."
He takes a real personal interest in his clients and treats each one as his only client, regardless of what they are searching for. His strongest traits are listening, communicating, patience, tenacity, perseverance, creativity, and a touch of humility.
Being a home-grown Florida boy, he loves water and fishing, but his best catch was marrying a girl from Taylorsville, GA. She insisted we expand our lives by traveling the world.
Jim is always in a "real estate frame of mind" but for fun, he likes to weave his love of real estate around watching college sports, playing golf, fishing, and traveling.
