Tiffany Chapman is a 6th generation Osceola County resident using her deep roots and local resources to help people buy, sell, and invest in real estate.
Tiffany received her real estate license in 2013, her Seller Representative Specialist® (SRS) designation in 2014 and her Pricing Strategy Advior® (PSA) designation in 2018. She became a certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist in 2021, a designation that requires proof of representation of a certain amount of properties that sold in the top 5% for the market area.
With a background in marketing, Tiffany loves the challenge of using her skills to market high end or unique properties. And, with her extensive local contacts and resources, she is able to locate solutions to problems that arise during a transaction, many times before they occur.
When not on the road and working, Tiffany enjoys life on her family's cattle ranch and blueberry farm, as well as boating and island hopping in Florida's beautiful waters. She is a member of Heartcry Chapel in St. Cloud where she serves in various areas. She also serves on the committee for Miss Silver Spurs Pageant, a 60+ year tradition that serves to give young ladies public speaking, interview, and professional skills that they will use for a lifetime.
